The kit was the cheapest 3000MHz I found when I got the PC late in 2017. And getting it back on is not easy, it's a tight spot. It's just a bit of a hassle, i now have a Noctua NH-D15 chromax.black where i need to remove the right fan in order to reach the RAM. Maybe i'll reflash the older BIOS and put the Crucial kit in, to see what i can manage with that. Anyway, both kits can do CR 1T, just not with this new BIOS! ![]() As i said, i also have a Crucial Ballistix Sport LT Kit (Micron E-Die), but i thought it couldn't do CR 1T, so i threw it out, not knowing yet it was the BIOS' fault, not the RAM's. (Hint: You can take screenshot of the current window with ALT-PRINT)Īny lower, like CL16, would need more voltage. I also kept SA voltage at 1.050V and IO voltage at 0.950V. So in keeping with that, i just wanted to find lower latencies without raising the voltage at all. ![]() It's one of the few kits with DDR4-3200 rated at 1.2V from the manufacturer. Click to expand.May i ask what RAM you guys use?
